Reserve Telecommunications was founded in 1935 by local entrepreneur Daniel Madere to provide telephone service to a portion of St. John the Baptist Parish that the big companies had passed over.  Through the years, RTC has grown and prospered by expanding our service area and products.  Seventy-six years later we are a full service hometown telecommunications provider serving the River Parishes with Telephone, Video, and High–Speed Internet.

RTC is Louisiana owned, locally managed and an active member of the River Parishes community.  We are focused on serving the needs of our local community.  Our goal is to provide you with better products, better service and a better value.
